Minister of Innovation, Science and Smart Technology spoke on Barbados’ first step towards a more digital safe space by announcing that the Data Protective Legislation has been passed.

Key points:

  • McConney proudly announced that the current administration was able to pass data protective legislation, an important step in the regulation of collecting, storage, dissemination of personal data and the protection of the privacy of individuals concerning their data.
