The New York Times reported that disturbing videos are slipping past the algorithms erected to keep out bad actors on YouTube Kids. YouTube announced in February that it was launching a kid-friendly zone: one in which youngsters would be spared the hair-raising comments that have turned YouTube into a fright fest.
