Windows XP on TSA laptops? TSA Dinged in Wireless Cybersecurity Audit

DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) found high-risk vulnerabilities in TSA wireless networks. The audit also found vulnerabilities in Blackberry phones. The report also found that BlackBerry devices had a backlog of security patches. The OIG recommended for the TSA to update its patch management process more frequently. Windows 7 has been out since October 2009, but the government can afford to upgrade from XP to Windows 7, the report says.
