Windows 7 KB4486563 and Windows 8.1 KB4487000 Released

The new monthly rollups for Windows 7 and 8.1 come with general security fixes and improvements. The February 2019 patches are also rolling out to PCs with Windows 7. The latest patch addresses an issue that may prevent applications that use a Microsoft Jet database with the Microsoft Access 97 file format from opening and resulted in error Unrecognized Database Format Microsoft is working on a resolution and estimates a solution will be available by mid-February 2019. It adds top-level domain support to HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) Preload for Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11.
