Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 version 1903 has been added to the broad deployment channel and will be available to everyone via Windows Update. Windows 1903 has not been nearly as bad as version 1809, but it has been a rough couple of months for some people since it was released in May. Microsoft will now automatically update this version to Windows 10 v1903 via the Windows Update channel. If you are not offered the version 1903 update, then you should check the Windows 10 Health Dashboard for any known hardware blocks.
