Windows 10 Insider build 20150 adds support for AI and machine learning in Windows Subsystem for Linux. Microsoft also added command-line options for using WSL from the command line. Microsoft is also testing updating the WSL2 Linux kernel via Windows Update. WSL is also working on support for Linux GUI apps in WSL for the first time, but it’s not ready for this feature yet, but Microsoft WSL program manager Craig Loewen has started to ask users for recommendations of Linux apps that they want to use.
