Microsoft has officially announced that Windows 10 version 1909 (19H2) is being called the November 2019 Update. This latest feature update is expected to be released at the end of October or in the beginning of November. Microsoft has stated that they believe Windows 10 Build 18363.418 is going to be the final build before it is released. Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring will have already received this build through the latest KB4517389 cumulative update that was offered to Insiders running Windows 10 1909 on October 8th.
