Windows 10 1809 Update KB4520062 Fixes a Startup Black Screen Issue

Microsoft released the October 2019 optional monthly Windows 10 C release cumulative updates. KB4520062 is the most noteworthy as it fixes an issue leading to a black screen being displayed at startup during the first sign in after installing an update. The update also addresses an issue known to cause high power consumption for devices in Connected Standby mode and one affecting Bluetooth when using certain audio profiles for extended periods. The build number for Windows 10 is advanced to 17763.832.
