WikiLeaks’ Assange Can Take His Extradition Appeal to UK Supreme Court

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange can take his case to the U.K.’s Supreme Court. Assange is wanted for questioning by Swedish prosecutors over rape and sexual assault allegations. He has lost two appeals against extradition to Sweden so far. The Supreme Court could still refuse to hear the case, a spokesman for the judiciary of England and Wales said. Assange has 14 days to file with the Supreme Court, which could still hear his case. The High Court refused leave to appeal but left the door “half open,” he said.”]
