Why Were Defending Apple

The ACLU is filing an amicus brief in support of Apples challenge to FBI efforts to compel the company to help break into an iPhone as part of the investigation into the 2015 San Bernardino shootings. If the government gets its way, the legal precedent set by this case will reverberate far beyond this particular investigation.”]
