Home Depot confirmed they were targeted by payment system malware. The company is working with hired experts to recover and ensure that such an incident doesn’t happen again. Home Depot is offering identity protection to any customer who used a payment card at one of their stores from April 2014 until now. The breach likely exposed the customer’s name, card number, expiration date, and expiration date. It is possible this incident could be on the same level as Target, if not bigger, as well as TJX and Target breaches.”]
