A convincing phishing email pretending to be coming from Telstra, the Telco giant. Using clever formatting tricks, the email looks the same as a genuine Telstra email. The email contains a malicious file with the goal of stealing information from the user in the background. The inclusion of both Telstra and DocuSign logos and branding makes it harder for recipients to identify the email as a scam as it appears as a legitimate notification. Telstra on their end reminded their customers to visit their official website for reporting phishing emails and additional information on how to prevent falling for scams.”]
