i wonder how much of this pirate action is driven by the fairly ridiculous price that MS charges for Vista Ultimate (hell, even basic seems expensive). i think the problem is less that some teenage kids are going to pirate Vista, but that Vista doesn’t offer enough of a compelling reason to upgrade to the folks who WOULD pay for the whole package. The people who could/would pay for Vista don’t need it, while the people who want it can’t afford it. i think that Vista offers more eye candy than eye candy — eye candy won’t cut it as a business expense.”]
