Visa USA will no longer allow CardSystems Solutions to handle its transactions. The payment processor company left 40 million of Visa cardholders at risk for fraud. The move comes before the executives of many major credit card companies are to testify in Washington about their security practices. At least 11 banks using the payment processor have until October to change processors, according to the New York Times reports.
