UKs GCHQ launched denial-of-service attack against LulzSec hackers

NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden documents reveal UK law enforcement agencies have engaged in denial-of-service attacks. GCHQ surveillance agency used hacking techniques to disrupt communications of Anonymous and LulzSec hackers, NBC News reports.
