U.S.-China Fisticuffs Over Cyberspying

The United States and China are tangled in a brawl that resembles a trade war and cyber-sniping. The five Chinese military officers were indicted last week for allegedly hacking into the computers of American companies to steal trade secrets. The Chinese government is advising its nation’s banks to replace IBM servers with those made in China, as part of a trial program.
