Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and some cities in Chile suffered power outages this past weekend. U.S. retailer Target suffered separate outages that left customers unable to pay for anything. Neither of the outages were linked to a cyberattack, but experts say hackers are more likely to be at work than any type of cyberattack. “Squirrels have disrupted the power grid far more than hackers,” a security expert known as The Grugq tweeted.
