Faramarz Shahi Savandi, 34, and Mohammad Shah Mansouri, 27, have been charged with extorting millions of dollars through the SamSam Ransomware attacks they allegedly planned and executed. The U.S. Justice Department has listed attacks in 43 states, credited to the two Iranian hackers.
