In this special two week edition of the Week in Ransomware, we have a ton of news ranging from ransomware attacks, new REvill affiliate information, and new ransomware targeting the enterprise. Of particular interest was the release of the STOP Djvu decryptor by Emsisoft that allows tons of victims to recover their files for free. In contrast to the spray-and-pray campaigns of the past, threat actors are targeting larger and more profitable targets such as businesses, schools and government organizations.
