The State Department and 3 other US agencies earn a D for cybersecurity

Four of the eight federal agencies received grades of D, three got Cs, and only one got a B in a report issued Tuesday by a US Senate Committee. The report, titled Federal Cybersecurity: Americas Data Still at Risk, analyzed security practices by the same agencies for 2020. It comes seven months after a supply chain attack that led to the compromise of nine federal agencies and about 100 private companies.
