Privacy groups have filed legal complaints against the facial recognition company. It remains to be seen which camp will emerge victorious in this ongoing privacy battle. In the UK, a Watchdog would rather police reasonably uses biometrics and surveillance, as opposed to a complete ban. What form said reasonable use would take, nobody yet knows.
