Technology can also create new jobs as demand for software developers, data analysts, cybersecurity testers, and other digital specialists rises. There may be a need to redeploy, upskill, or reskill peopleand perhaps even redefine any given job itself. For every six jobs that are being automated or augmented by new technologies, one additional job will be needed to develop, implement, and run those new technologies. Governments need to take the following actions to get ahead of current and future work imbalances in their employment markets.”]
