BSidesSF has been saved, thanks to a financial commitment from Information Security Leaders. Lee Kushner of Infosecleaders.com has stepped in to help save the event. The announcement came shortly after Sandra Toms LePedis of RSA Conference responded to the controversy about BSideSF. She said there is no attack taking place against Security B-Sides, despite rumors about the conference’s relationship with the event’s sponsor, but that they were trying to squash the idea. Kushner said BSides provides information security professionals with an opportunity to blend both of these elements in a unique environment.”]
