TeslaCrypt 4.1b Released with Few Modifications

Version 4.1b of the TeslaCrypt Ransomware has been released. According to TeslaCrypt research BloodDolly, the first 4/19/16 sample that he has has been analyzed is dated 4/20/16. The ransom notes are still the same with the filenames being in the format -!RecOveR!-[random_chars]++.Png, -.RecooveR! [random_Chars] ++.Htm, and -!recOve Ransom Note [Ransom] is the same format.
