TechCrunch Files Lawsuit Against Former CrunchPad Partner

News site TechCrunch files lawsuit against former partner Fusion Garage. Lawsuit claims Fusion Garage used fraud and deceit to take control of CrunchPad, a tablet computer developed by the two companies. The CrunchPad was conceived by TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington as a low-cost tablet computer for surfing the Web. The lawsuit seeks unspecified monetary damages and an injunction that would prevent Fusion Garage from commercializing the device.
