Sweet success: Dunkin’ Brands security focuses on making dough

Dunkin’ Brands’ director of security and loss prevention says he’s been reimagining security for several years. The company now has a 30-person team that includes security, loss prevention, due diligence and other duties. It’s now a global brand that has 13,000 stores in 31 countries and has a global network of security experts. “Once I saw how these leaders approached their roles, I completely reimagined how I could do for the company,” says Jack Sullivan, who has a criminal degree from Harvard.”]
