Student Charged for Launching Cyberattacks on Virgin Media, Vodafone and BBC

Jack Chappell, 18, from Stockport, is accused of providing DOS Softwares to attack sites. He is also accused of running an online helpdesk for hackers as part of the operation. The student allegedly attacked the sites of T-Mobile, EE, Vodafone, O2, BBC, BT, Amazon, Netflix, Virgin Media and the National Crime Agency. He has been accused of disabling the operation of PCs under the Computer Misuse Act, in addition to helping an offense and money laundering crime.”]
