Russian national Stanislav Lisov, 31, has been indicted in the U.S. for crimes related to the “Neverquest” banking Trojan. Lisov was arrested in Barcelona on January 13 while on his honeymoon. He faces up to 35 years in prison if convicted of computer abuse and fraud charges. He has until Friday to appeal the decision by the Spanish National Court in Madrid, and his attorney has said that his client plans to do so. The Neverquest malware is also known as Vawtrak and Snifula, a banking Trojan that first appeared in 2006.”]
