South Korean Breaches Impact 20 Million

Three South Korean credit card firms have been affected by the breach. The data includes names, Social Security numbers and credit card details. Regulators are looking into the security measures in place at the three firms. The BBC reports that the information has been copied from a USB drive in order to get the data to the public. The three credit card companies affected are KB Kookmin Card, Lotte Card and NH Non-Korea Credit Card, according to the BBC report. The information was stolen from the USB drive by the three companies.”]
