Singaporean Hackers Arrested for Breaching President’s Website

Two men were arrested for hacking Singaporean President Tony Tans website. The 42-year-old and a teenager face a maximum fine of $8,000 and up to three years in prison. The arrests follow a complaint filed by the website administrators of Istana, the official residence of the president. Hackers managed to breach the web page in the early morning of November, about an hour after Anonymous members broke into Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s website to post mocking messages and images.”]
