French retail group Systme U will use Intralinks VIA to secure confidential data shared between store managers. The company reviewed a number of vendors, including its incumbent system, and decided to use the system to ensure the security of its confidential information. The organisation is able to control who is granted permission to view and share certain files, watermarking all documents to discourage employees from taking screen shots, and exporting confidential documents without the knowledge of the IT team.
