Russian cyberespionage group Pawn Storm has targeted Dutch Safety Board before and after MH17 report was released. The group has long been suspected to have ties to the Russian intelligence services. Researchers from Trend Micro have found evidence that the group set up a fake Outlook Web Access (OWA) server to target a partner in the MH17 investigation.
