Moore, 27, and Charles Gary Evens, 25, are accused of conspiring to hack into victims email accounts to steal nude photos that were later posted on a revenge-porn site, isanyoneup.com. Both men are charged with conspiracy, unauthorized access to a protected computer to obtain information, and aggravated identity theft.
