They had a SSN + DOB posted on their forum, played the role of the person that the identity was stolen from, their domain registar which was located in the United States then decided that enough was enough but to shut them off. Remember: Saken and Josh may not be able to get into your server/website, but Saken sure know the backdoor, your un-secure server.
