Preview: Microsoft’s Patch Tuesday Load for April 2013

Microsoft just released its advance notification for next week’s security updates. It looks like we can expect nine bulletins — two rated “critical,” the rest rated “important” — to deal with flaws in Windows, Office, Internet Explorer as well as server and security software. The sheer volume of updates this month is noteworthy, security professional Alex Horan says.
