The United Arab Emirates, China, India and the USA have the highest incidence of fraud in the world. Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand and Poland have the lowest number of people reporting experiences of fraud. Mexico has dropped to fifth place in the list of countries with the highest rate of fraud at 44% in 2012, the largest change in this part of the survey. The USA dropped from second most risky to fourth with a single percentage point decline, from 42% to 41%.”]
