Ruslans Bondars, 37, sentenced to 168 months in prison for running anti-antivirus service Scan4you. Bondars was convicted of three counts, including conspiracy to violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and computer intrusion with intent to cause damage. His partner Jurijs Martisevs, who was also arrested while on a trip to Latvia and extradited to the U.S. in March, pleaded guilty to similar charges back in March this year.
