Caribbean Digital Revolution Project marks one-year milestone with Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP) The project is funded by the World Bank and is being implemented by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) in partnership with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) and the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) The ECCB believes that digital transformation is essential to our region’s economic recovery. The project was officially launched to the public on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. The project began in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
