NTT Security has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately owned application security provider WhiteHat Security. The combination will bring more application development security – and DevSecOps – products, services and smarts to more organizations. Post-acquisition, White Hat Security will operate as an independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT security Corp. The deal must still obtain regulatory approval, which must still be approved by the company.
