NSA chief warns cyberthreats persist despite China accord

U.S. and China agree not to engage in cyber economic espionage for commercial gain. National Security Agency chief Michael Rogers spoke to a Senate intelligence committee on cyber threats. Rogers says he favors some kind of agreement on what might constitute “norms” in the cyber arena. The White House announced a broad-ranging economic accord with China that touches on many of the issues that have been of high concern to firms in the tech sector. But security has been perhaps the most contentious issue on the table this week’s talks.”]
