Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) affiliate program allows anyone to become a distributor for free via a newly launched RaaS portal. Affiliates stand to make 70% of the ransom payments, while Saturn creators keep 30%. The Saturn ransomware is currently open for registration and has cropped up in Dark Web URL scanners and directories. Another ransomware seeing heavy distribution is the GandCrab ransomware, too, which is offered in a similar scheme on the Dark Web.
