Microsoft announces a series of new features and enhancements to the Microsoft Teams cloud collaboration platform. Microsoft Teams is designed to combine meetings, calls, chat, and collaboration within a single communication tool that preserves context and keeps everyone in the workspace up to speed. New custom templates for creating teams, chatbots, Power BI sharing, automated workflows, virtual appointment scheduling, event broadcasting, and secure remote scheduling will soon roll out in the next few months. Microsoft has seen a huge increase in user numbers since the COVID-19 pandemic has started.
