Manole Cernaianu, 20, allegedly attacked Pentagon and NASA computer systems, revealed security holes, and published information about vulnerabilities. He is being held in Romania for breaching a computing system without authorization, unauthorized transfer of data from a system, and disruption of a computer system. He also posted a video on his website demonstrating an attack on the U.S. government, and offered for sale a computer program used to hack Web sites, authorities said in a press release. The hacker is also known as TinKode, who is believed to be responsible for several high-profile attacks.
