Microsoft announces IE 11 Preview bug bounty program for Internet Explorer 11. The first recipient of the first bounty will be Ivan Fratric, who earned $50,000 last year in Microsoft’s BlueHat Prize contest. Microsoft has already received several reports that qualify for monetary rewards. Other researchers will be notified soon, a Microsoft official said in a blog post. Microsoft also launched two other bug bounty programs, one for finding novel exploitation techniques to circumvent Windows 8.1’s exploit mitigation defenses and one for developing new ways to block known exploitation techniques.”]
