Microsoft has released Windows 10 Insider build 19559 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. With it comes the ability to run Hyper-V on ARM64 devices. The virtual machine feature is not available on Windows 10 home and only on the Pro and Enterprise versions. At this time, at this time there is little information about its performance, if all features are supported, or any other changes.
