Microsoft releases KB4571744 to fix Windows 10 update issue

Microsoft released the Windows 10 KB4571744 non-security preview cumulative update to address an issue leading to the Windows Update service becoming unresponsive when customers are checking for updates. The update also fixes a bug causing the Windows File Explorer to stop working while you browse folders with raw images and other file types. Microsoft also addressed bugs preventing apps from opening or downloading updates in certain scenarios, as well as another one causing Windows apps to take a long time to open. The build number for Windows 10 is advanced to 19041.488.
