Microsoft Ports Process Explorer and Monitor to Windows ARM64

Microsoft is looking to port the popular Sysinternals utilities to ARM64 so that they can run on Windows 10 on ARM. Process Explorer and Process Monitor utilities are already running on a Nokia Lumia 950 XL running Windows 10 for ARM. Microsoft Azure CTO Mark Russinovich tweeted screenshots of the utilities running on the phone. Windows fans have long hoped that Microsoft would reveal a mobile device running the Windows 10. One device that is reported being worked on is a dual-screen handheld mobile device called Andromeda.
