Microsoft has released a free Windows 10 virtual machine with Microsoft Edge Legacy and Internet Explorer 11 preloaded. The 7GB Windows 10 VM is approximately 7GB and will provide a Windows 10 version 1809 install at build 17763.379. The VM will come with a preinstalled user named ‘IEUser’ with the password ‘Passw0rd!’ The VM is free and includes snapshots that allow you to restore the OS to different points in time. Once activated, you only have 90 days to use this VM until it expires.
