Microsoft dev fixes major annoyance in Chromium browser

A Microsoft developer has contributed a fix for an annoying behavior that has been plaguing web browsers built off of the Chromium engine. Microsoft Edge developer Eric Lawrence says that he has worked on a small change that will fix an annoying issue in Chromium’s drag-and-drop process. Previously, when you dragged and dropped anything on a tab, that file will take over the tab entirely, and you’ll lose your current tab. The new improvement will begin rolling out to Chrome and Edge users soon.
