Microsoft Defender ATP for Mac is now publicly available after being tested in a limited preview that started in March. Windows Defender Security Center allows administrators to monitor the virus and threat landscape for computers on their network from one centralized location. Users can install a Mac endpoint client on Mojave, High Sierra, and Sierra in order to provide antivirus, vulnerability, and breach protection to Mac users. When malware or some other threat is detected, it will push the notification to the Windows Security Security Center so that administrators can quickly see the threat and take action.
